The Aston Martin V12 Vantage V600 might be the last of the truly analogue supercars. Henry Catchpole finds out what it’s like to drive.

I feel like the old one is prettier than the new one.

Given it has fuel injection, power steering, power brakes and ABS, can we truly say it’s an ‘analog’ car?

Gorgeous.
The V12 is one of those 10lbs of awesome in a 5lb. bag...
The V8 Vantage might be one of the “just right” Goldilocks-zone cars.
The sad thing is... the Nissan Z could be like that formula in an affordable package, but looking at an Aston VH-chassis Vantage, (or Jag F-type) and then looking at a 350 or 370 generation Z... shows how Nissan missed the mark aesthetically.
The new Aston design language just isn’t hitting the masterpiece notes that the VH-chassis cars did... the Virage/DB9 , 2014-18 Vanquish, Vantage with the updated Virage/VantageV12 style aero... now this V600...
SUBLIME BEAUTY.
